Mandatory Skill: Property & Casualty, P&C, Insurance, C# / .NET, XML, XSLT, Billing Transaction, Billing Workflow . 

Role Overview

We at Coforge are hiring an experienced DuckCreek Billing Developer with strong handson expertise in DuckCreek Billing configuration and customization within the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain. The candidate will collaborate with business and technical teams to design, develop, and support billing solutions aligned with client requirements.

Mandatory Skills (Must Have)

• Strong handson experience with DuckCreek Billing (DC Billing)
• Proficiency in C# / .NET
• Experience with DuckCreek Billing Data Model and Billing Transactions
• Handson experience in Billing Plans, Invoices, Payments, Disbursements, Fees, and Taxes
• Experience integrating DuckCreek Billing with:
  • DuckCreek Policy
  • External systems via Web Services / APIs
• Strong knowledge of P&C Insurance Billing concepts
• Experience with XML, XSLT, SQL
• Handson experience in DuckCreek Author / Express / OnDemand (preferred as applicable)

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize DuckCreek Billing components based on business requirements
• Configure billing plans, payment schedules, invoice generation, and delinquency processes
• Develop and maintain billing interfaces and integrations with internal and external systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve production and UAT issues related to DuckCreek Billing
• Participate in requirement analysis, technical design, and code reviews
• Ensure compliance with industry best practices and performance standards
• Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and client stakeholders
• Support deployment activities and postproduction support

Good to Have Skills

• Experience with DuckCreek Policy or Claims
• Experience in DuckCreek Upgrade or Migration Projects
• Exposure to Cloud (AWS/Azure) or DuckCreek OnDemand
• Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines

Education / Qualification: BE/ B.Tech / BCA / B.Sc. / M.CA / M.TECH / Any Graduate.
