Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Support the sales team in creating customised proposals aligned with client requirements and brand positioning
• Prepare presentations, commercial documents, and client-facing materials with high accuracy and quality
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts and agreements in coordination with internal stakeholders
• Maintain and track sales reports, pipelines, and performance dashboards
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including operations, marketing, and finance to ensure timely execution of deliverables
• Support marketing initiatives through coordination of campaigns, content, and collateral as required
• Ensure proper documentation, version control, and record management for all sales and marketing materials
• Assist in follow-ups, internal coordination, and overall sales process management

Preferred candidate profile

• Upto 1 year of experience in sales coordination, marketing coordination, or similar roles
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
