Job Description

Job Title: ATM Operator

Job Summary:

An ATM Operator is responsible for managing and maintaining Automated Teller Machines (ATMs), ensuring they are functional, well-stocked with cash, and secure. The role involves routine inspections, cash replenishment, troubleshooting basic issues, and coordinating with technical teams when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

Load and replenish cash in ATMs as per schedule
Monitor ATM functionality and ensure machines are operational
Perform basic troubleshooting for minor technical issues
Report faults, errors, or suspicious activities to the concerned team
Ensure ATM cabins are clean, secure, and accessible
Maintain accurate records of cash handling and transactions
Follow security protocols while handling cash and ATM operations
Coordinate with banks, service vendors, and security personnel

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass (higher preferred)
Basic knowledge of ATM operations and cash handling
Strong attention to detail and honesty
Ability to follow safety and security procedures
Basic technical understanding (for minor troubleshooting)
Good communication skills

Experience:

Freshers can apply
Prior experience in cash handling, banking, or ATM services is an advantage

Working Conditions:

Field-based job (travel between ATM locations)
May involve working in shifts, weekends, or holidays
Requires handling cash under strict security protocols

Salary Range:

Typically 10,000 - 14,000 per month (varies by company and location)
