Role Performance Engineering

Skills Dynatrace Performance testing Splunk Full stack monitoring

We are looking for a skilled Test Engineer with strong expertise in performance testing and full stack monitoring to ensure application reliability scalability and optimal user experience The ideal candidate will have hand son experience with Dynatrace Splunk and performance testing tools along with a solid understanding of modern application architectures

Key Responsibilities

Design develop and execute performance load stress and endurance tests

Perform end to end performance testing and analysis for applications and systems

Use Dynatrace for application performance monitoring diagnostics and root cause analysis

Implement and manage fullstack monitoring across application infrastructure and user experience layers

Analyze logs and metrics using Splunk to identify performance issues and trends

Collaborate with development DevOps and infrastructure teams to resolve performance bottlenecks

Monitor application health in production and nonproduction environments

Prepare performance reports and provide recommendations for optimization

Support performance tuning activities before and after production releases
