Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Design and build AI agents using Copilot Studio.
Implement topic routing, conversational flows, and agent orchestration.
Integrate agents with enterprise systems using:
- Power Automate
- APIs
- connectors
Configure knowledge sources and RAG-based responses.
Build adaptive cards and conversational interfaces.
Implement human-in-the-loop workflows.
Ensure governance and security controls for agent deployment.
