Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Test Lead with 2 to 9 years of experience in Oracle Retail - Reporting / Analytics / BI to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing and excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Define the scope of testing within the context of each release/delivery.
Provide project status updates to the Project Manager.
Assign work to the test team and collaborate closely with BAs, functional leads, and development teams.
Plan, deploy, and manage the testing effort for any given engagement/release.
Design test scenarios and test cases.
Track and report bugs.

Job Requirements

Experience in the retail domain is required.
Strong written and communication skills are essential.
Ability to interact with technical teams to convert functional requirements into test specs.
Experience in preparing test data, test cases, and executing tests is necessary.
Good analytical and troubleshooting skills are needed.
Self-driven and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Very client-focused regarding service delivery.
Experience in Responsive Testing is preferred.
Knowledge of testing tools used in industries today is beneficial.
Work experience in Smoke Testing, Functionality Testing, GUI Testing, System Testing, Regression Testing, and Sanity Testing is advantageous.
