Job Description
Job Title: Gen AI / Agentic AI Architect
Experience: 12+ years
Location: Mumbai preferred
Notice Period: within 45 Days
We are seeking a talented Gen AI Architect for our Orion Agentic AI Platform team. As a member of the team, you will play a crucial role in further Architecting, Developing and implementing cutting-edge agentic AI features which will deliver business value for clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders, to develop and deploy AIML models and applications. This is an exciting opportunity to work on challenging projects and contribute to the advancement of Agentic AI technologies.
Must have:
- Strong understanding of Agentic AI, GenAI, AI/ML concepts, algorithms (Decision Trees, Random Forest, Deep learning, etc.), and techniques. Understanding of Model Finetuning Techniques
- Good hands-on experience in AI/ML libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) along with proficiency in a programming language.
- Proficiency in Agentic AI technologies and their frameworks such as CrewAI/LangGraph
- Proficiency in SLM Finetuning Techniques
- Proficiency in using various LLMs/SLMs through Prompt Engineering
- Proficiency in Gen AI technologies and their components such as LLMs, Orchestrating frameworks like (e.g. LangChain/LlamaIndex ), Prompt Engineering, Guradrails etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex datasets and extract actionable insights.
- Familiarity with at least one cloud platform / hyper-scaler (e.g., GCP, Azure, AWS, NVIDIA).
- Knowledge of software development practices, version control systems (e.g., Git), and agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize.
Responsibilities:
- Design and architect Gen AI, Agentic features in Orion platform to solve complex business problems.
- Collaborate with other data scientists and subject matter experts to understand business requirements and translate them into AI/ML solutions.
- Lead a team of junior Data Scientists and ML Engineers to deliver client projects or creating solutions.
- Oversee end to end solution implementation from inception to deployment
- Collaborate to integrate AI/ML solutions into existing applications or develop new applications.
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI/ML, GenAI, Agentic technologies and industry trends.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
- Flexibility to work as part of and lead a team.
