Job Description

• Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in data science with a focus on AI/ML, including significant experience with generative AI and LLMs.
• Hands-on experience in LLM engineering and LLMOps, including advanced prompt engineering and fine-tuning of LLMs.
• Demonstrated expertise in natural language processing, machine learning, and statistical analysis.
• Strong programming skills in Python, and familiarity with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Proven track record of leading and delivering AI projects successfully.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

WE VALUE

• PhD in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• Published work in the field of Generative AI or LLMs.
• Understanding of application development framework like LangChain, LlamaIndex, and knowledge of vector index, vector databases.
• Experience with developing AI/ML solutions in Databricks.
• Working Experience in an Agile/Scrum/Scaled Agile and DevOps based team environment.
• Certifications/ Course work in Generative AI, AI/ML and Cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with ethical AI practices and data governance.
