Job Description

Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Field Service Technician to join our Service Operations team. The role involves supporting preventive maintenance, assisting in troubleshooting, and participating in installation and commissioning activities at client sites. This position is ideal for freshers or early-career professionals looking to build strong technical expertise while adhering to safety and service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in scheduled Preventive Maintenance (PMC/AMC) visits
• Support troubleshooting and basic diagnostics under supervision
• Assist in installation and commissioning of equipment
• Ensure proper handling and maintenance of tools, test equipment, and spare parts
• Maintain accurate service reports and update ERP entries as instructed
• Follow all safety standards and company SOPs strictly
• Escalate technical issues or concerns in a timely manner

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Electronics / Electrical / Instrumentation
• 02 years of relevant experience (Freshers are encouraged to apply)

Required Skills:

• Basic understanding of electronics and electrical systems
• Ability to read and interpret basic circuit diagrams
• Familiarity with multimeter and standard hand tools
• Willingness to travel extensively for field service assignments
