Job Description

Role Summary:

Seeking an experienced ServiceNow Test to manage end to end testing activities ensuring high quality delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead testing for ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB,FSM,PPM)

Prepare test strategy, test plans, and test cases

Manage functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing

Handle defect tracking and reporting

Coordinate with business, developers, and stakeholders

Guide and mentor QA team members

Required Skills:

Strong ServiceNow testing experience

Experience in telecom domain

Knowledge of ServiceNow ATF

Experience with API testing and integrations

Familiarity with Jira / test management tools

Good understanding of Agile methodology

Preferred:

ServiceNow CSA certification

Automation testing experience
