Key Responsibilities
- Manage software licenses for major publishers such as Microsoft, Adobe, Autodesk, Atlassian, Figma, and Smartsheet.
- Perform compliance audits, create software models, manage entitlements, and reconcile procurement data.
- Define, implement, and document SAM processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for governance and lifecycle management.
- Create detailed process documentation and design workflow diagrams using Microsoft Visio (Web version).
- Process standard and non-standard software requests, reclaim unused licenses, and allocate licenses through publisher portals.
- Handle non-standard software requests by categorizing products as free or paid through detailed analysis.
- Coordinate with procurement teams for license purchasing when required and publish software in the ServiceNow catalog.
- Maintain and update the ServiceNow Software Catalogue.
- Execute software license revocation activities across EU and NA regions.
- Configure software models, contracts, and entitlements using ServiceNow License Workbench.
- Generate Effective License Position (ELP) reports and analyze software usage trends to optimize licensing costs.
- Collaborate with HR, Procurement, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure software compliance and governance.
- Drive automation initiatives and continuous process improvements within ServiceNow SAM Pro.
- Prepare monthly SAM performance dashboards and presentations.
- Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions to promote SAM best practices.
- Lead stakeholder meetings with Circle K teams to review performance, compliance, and optimization initiatives.
- Maintain SAM Action Item Tracker and prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM) for governance discussions.
- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives by reclaiming unused licenses and optimizing software allocation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow SAM Pro and HAM Pro modules.
- Experience working with global stakeholders (EU & NA regions).
- Knowledge of software licensing models across major vendors.
- Familiarity with IT Asset Management (ITAM) best practices.
- Excellent documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience with automation within ServiceNow
- Exposure to CMDB lifecycle management
- Knowledge of license optimization strategies
