Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused fresh graduates from the hidden_mobile5 batch to join our Voice Process team. The role involves handling inbound and/or outbound calls, assisting customers with queries, and delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer interactions via voice calls in a professional and timely manner
• Resolve customer queries, complaints, and concerns effectively
• Provide accurate information about products, services, or processes
• Maintain proper call documentation and records
• Follow communication scripts and company guidelines
• Meet individual and team performance targets (KPIs)
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required

Eligibility Criteria:

• Freshers from hidden_mobile5 pass-out batches
• Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline (Undergraduates may be considered based on communication skills)
• Strong verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
