Job Description
Job Title: Machine Learning Engineer / AI Engineer
Location: Noida, Gurgaon, Pune, Mumbai, Bangalore, Kochi (Hybrid 2 days/week from office)
Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Machine Learning / AI Engineer to design, develop, test, and deploy advanced machine learning models and AI solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop machine learning models for data analysis and predictive solutions
- Build and deploy Agentic AI / Autonomous AI Agents
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and implement requirements
- Optimize models for performance, scalability, and efficiency
- Develop and manage data pipelines and ML workflows
- Deploy models in production environments using modern DevOps practices
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in Agentic AI / Autonomous AI Agents (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or custom agents)
- Deep understanding of:
- LLM training & fine-tuning
- RLHF, LoRA, quantization
- Model evaluation techniques
- Hands-on experience with Computer Vision frameworks:
- OpenCV, PyTorch, TensorFlow
- Detectron2, YOLO, Segment Anything, CLIP
- Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, HuggingFace, LangChain)
- Experience with:
- Data pipelines
- Vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate)
- Embedding models
- Familiarity with cloud platforms:
- Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI
- Knowledge of:
- Distributed training
- GPU optimization
- Model deployment using Docker & Kubernetes
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in building scalable AI solutions in production
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
