Role : Test Lead (AR VR)

Mandatory Work from Office :

Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai (Loma IT Park, Nr. Aurum Square, Opposite to Ghansoli Railway Station)

Job Description:

• Should have hands-on experience in AR, VR and Mix Reality headsets & Wearables (minimum 3-5 years)
• Should be able to handle end to end QA process for Device Releases
• Should be able to Manage, mentor, and guide a team 20-30 people team AR/VR testers to ensure quality standards.
• Should be able to define and implement testing strategies tailored for immersive technology environments including functional, usability, performance, compatibility testing.
• Should be able to design End to end Test plan covering all aspects of AR/VR applications, hardware, and platforms.
• Should be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and user experiences for AR/VR.
• Oversee bug tracking, reporting, and resolution with development teams.
• Stay updated with the latest AR/VR testing tools, techniques, and industry trends.
• Coordinate end-to-end testing cycles, including integration and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Communicate testing progress, results, risks, and issues clearly to stakeholders and project management.
• Drive continuous improvement of the testing process and quality assurance best practices in AR/VR domain.
