• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Morpheus Operational Workflows to streamline and automate infrastructure and application deployment processes across hybrid cloud environments.
• Drive automation initiatives across the deployment pipeline, leveraging deep expertise in Terraform for infrastructure-as-code (IaC) and Ansible for configuration management and orchestration.
• Utilize strong Python scripting skills to develop custom integrations, tools, and automation solutions, extending the core capabilities of the Morpheus platform.
• Focus on accelerating XaaS (Everything-as-a-Service) and Blueprint creation within the Morpheus framework to standardize service delivery and enhance user self-service capabilities.
• Provide technical guidance, perform code reviews, and mentor team members on best practices for DevOps, automation, and Morpheus platform usage.
• Work closely with development, operations, and architecture teams to define requirements and ensure automated solutions meet business objectives, technical standards, and security requirements.
• Oversee the operational health, performance tuning, and continuous improvement of the Morpheus-driven automation environment.
