UI React Developer @ Virtusa

Job Description

• 4-6 years of professional experience in web development, with at least 3 years focused on frontend/UI.
• Strong proficiency in React and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience leading projects and successfully taking applications to production.
• Solid understanding of web application architecture, infrastructure, and CI/CD processes.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative team environments.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, version control (Git), and testing frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Lead the design and implementation of user interfaces using React, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and deliver seamless end-to-end solutions.
• Drive projects from conception to production, demonstrating ownership and leadership throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and scrum team members to deliver high-quality features in an Agile environment.
• Participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, and promote best practices in UI/UX and web development.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across the stack.
