Job Description
JOB ROLE:
- To Coordinate with MDM team on creation and maintenance of material, vendor and customer and Other Activities
- To Manage, verify, and provides clarification for the Item creation/maintenance process
- To Ensure system data accuracy across tools
- To Co-ordinate with vendor, merchant, and other stakeholders on MDM activities
- Assign unresolved Incidents to appropriate queue
- Resolve Incidents within the specified Service Level Agreements/Operational Level Agreements
- Generic mailboxes Monitoring / Intake System Monitoring
Preferred candidate profile
0 to 1 year experience on retail, e-commerce, master data management and supply chain management. Experience in SAP ERP will be an added advantage.
