Job Description

Backend Fundamentals

- Strong understanding of backend concepts such as API design, data modeling, concurrency, design patterns, and object-oriented programming.

- Hands-on experience with any modern backend technology (Java, Node.js, Python, .NET, Go, etc.).

- Good to have: Experience with Java Spring Boot or willingness to pick it up quickly.

Frontend Fundamentals

- Strong JavaScript fundamentals (ES6+), browser concepts, asynchronous programming.

- Practical experience building UIs using any modern front-end framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js).

- Understanding of component-driven development and basic state management.

Databases

- Solid SQL skills with experience using any relational database (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, etc.).

- Ability to write efficient queries, joins, and work with indexes.

- Good to have: Exposure to PL/SQL or stored procedures.

NoSQL (Good to Have)

- Basic understanding of NoSQL concepts (key-value storage, indexing, partitioning).

- Optional: Familiarity with DynamoDB data modeling.

API Integration

- Experience integrating REST APIs with UI applications.

- Understanding of authentication (OAuth2/JWT), request/response patterns, pagination, and basic versioning.

DevSecOps Basics

- Comfortable with Git.

- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.).

- Good to have: Docker and basic containerization knowledge.

Ways of Working

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.

- Ability to deliver incremental features with good code quality.

Optional Good to Have Skills

- Java + Spring Boot (preferred but not mandatory).

- Experience with Docker, Jenkins, security scanning.

- Knowledge of building reusable UI components or web components.
