Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresher Web Developers (2026 pass-outs) to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are eager to start their career in web development and gain hands-on experience in building modern web applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and maintenance of web applications
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
• Collaborate with senior developers, designers, and other team members
• Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing applications
• Stay updated with the latest web technologies and best practices

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: M.E, M.Sc, MCA (2026 pass-out)
• Location Preference: Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate from Nagpur or Nashik
• Note: CADC candidates are not eligible for this role

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Understanding of web development fundamentals
• Familiarity with any programming language (e.g., Java, Python, or similar)
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt

Good to Have

• Exposure to frameworks like React, Angular, or similar
• Basic understanding of databases (MySQL, MongoDB, etc.)
• Knowledge of version control tools like Git

Soft Skills

• Good communication skills
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Strong learning mindset

Additional Information

• This is an entry-level role designed for fresh graduates
• Training and mentorship will be provided.
