What would you do?
Transforming sales to become a future-ready and digital B2B revenue engine.Digital Inside Sales involves selling products or services remotely using digital tools and platforms. This includes activities like email marketing, social media outreach, and virtual meetings. The goal is to reach and engage potential customers without face-to-face interactions. It allows sales teams to efficiently manage leads, close deals, and build customer relationships online. This approach is cost-effective and scalable, making it ideal for modern sales strategies.Provide support for lead/opportunity generation:conduct calls / send emails / connect via social media to generate leads, schedule first meetings for sales/pre-sales, conduct customer surveys, identify participants for events, and bring awareness of the product or offering on behalf of sales/marketing teams.

What are we looking for?
  • Training Expertise-Proven experience in designing, developing & delivering effective training programs-In-depth knowledge of adult learning principles & instructional design methodologies
  • Subject Matter Proficiency-Mastery of the Google Ads & processes relevant to the training area-Ability to convey complex information in a clear & understandable manner
  • Presentation/Facilitation Skills-Ability to deliver dynamic & interactive presentations that keep trainees engaged-Effective use of visual aids & technology to enhance training delivery
  • Interpersonal Skills-Strong interpersonal skills to establish rapport & build positive relationships with trainees-Empathy and patience to address diverse learning styles & individual needs
  • Feedback and Evaluation:Skill in providing constructive feedback to trainees to facilitate their growth & development
  • Adaptability-Flexibility to adjust training methods based on trainee feedback & changing needs-Ability to handle unexpected situations & modify training plans accordingly
  • Assessment and Measurement-Skill in creating assessments to evaluate trainees understanding & skill proficiency-Ability to analyze training effectiveness and make improvement based on results
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in advertising sales, media account management, successful client engagement and consistent business growth.
  • Experience working against an assigned quota with a desire to exceed sales targets or sales KPIs.
  • Experience in providing strategic advice to help advertisers get the best return on advertising investments.
  • Ability to assess customer needs and successfully pitch on value propositions.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across various levels, including senior marketing leaders.
  • Flexibility in switching between duties and assignments as per requirement.
  • Experience working with CRM systems.
  • Dependable, reliable with strong work ethic and time management skills
    Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Manage Training batches of 15 to 25 HC per Training schedule
  • Lead training projects.
  • Deliver process/product/policy training in classroom/online environment.
  • Develop and deliver training courses for different trainees/markets/products.
  • Identify and assess training needs of the team to bridge any process/policy gaps for better performance and understanding about the policy.
  • Lead all Process RCA and build training plans to deliver
  • Track and Report all Training activities of New Batches
  • Participate/lead policy briefings to ensure any changes are consistent and in line with local cultural, socio, geographical and political conditions.
  • Work with business teams to achieve top performance, including group coaching, bottom performers identification and training. Qualification
