Job Title: Reporting/BI Analyst (Power BI)

Location: Pune (Hybrid)

Experience: 5 to 8+ years

Job Description:

Role Summary:

Focuses on building and maintaining business critical reports and dashboards in Power BI using governed, analytics ready data models.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
• Guide and challenge report designs and metric definitions
• Validate reporting logic against data models.

Must Have Skills:

• Strong Power BI experience
• Proficient SQL
• Understanding of Medallion Architecture
• Familiarity with Kimball dimensional concepts
• Strong communication and business interaction skills

Good to Have Skills:

• Basic Python
• Experience working with DBT based platforms
• Financial services reporting exposure
