Job Description
- Lead end-to-end insight development, from data preparation and statistical analysis to LLM prompt engineering.
- Design and deploy ML models for forecasting, anomaly detection, attribution modeling, and causal inference.
- Build RCA and recommendation engines to enhance summarization and chatbot capabilities.
- Analyze agent interactions and implement LLM evaluation pipelines to measure factual accuracy, latency, and user satisfaction.
- Support experimentation and A/B testing for new insight types and interaction methods.
- Collaborate with AI engineers and PMs to scale features across regions and tools.
- Strong proficiency in Python programming language.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and statistical analysis techniques.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
