Security & Surveillance Monitor entry/exit points, conduct frisking, and prevent unauthorized access or theft Operate CCTV and surveillance systems to spot and act on suspicious behavior Incident & Emergency Handling Respond promptly to emergencies, customer disputes, thefts, bomb threats, etc., and file incident and investigation reports Conduct regular safety drillsfire, evacuation, emergency responseand manage equipment readiness Audit, Compliance & Documentation Monitor and improve internal security and fire audit scores; track safety equipment defects Handle legal compliance, maintain registers (fire, security, incident logs, visitor logs), submit bills on time, and uphold documentation standards Team Management & Training Supervise and deploy security personnel; conduct briefings and de-briefings Provide training on soft skills, safety protocols, fire response, and emergency procedures Crowd & Asset Management Manage crowd control during peak hours, premieres, or high-footfall events Ensure asset protection to prevent theft or damage to cinema property Collaboration & Customer Service Coordinate with Duty Officers, other departments, and external agencies (like police or fire services) during escalations Address patron security-related concerns with professionalism and courtesy
Job Requirements :
Educational Qualifications: o Graduate (Bachelors degree) & Diploma in Fire & Safety Mandatory Experience: o Typically 36 years in a related security role, with emphasis on cinema, Hotel, retail, or hospitality contexts; ex-servicemen may be preferred
