• Lead the charge on market development and expand our presence in Thane.
• Design and execute smart sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
• Take full ownership of territory P&L and sales performance.
• Build scalable sales processes and keep raising the bar .
• Spot new market opportunities and convert them into business wins.
• Foster a culture of ownership, performance, and high standards.
• Ensure smooth operations and resolve escalations with speed and impact.

What Were Looking For

• 48 years of Sales/Inside Sales experience with a proven record in revenue growth.
• Strong background in market development and business expansion.
• Experience with P&L ownership, sales strategy, and process improvement.
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-energy environments.
• Excellent communicator, motivator, and decision-maker.
• Bachelors degree required.
