TCS hiring for Siebel CRM Analyst

Job Title: Siebel CRM Analyst

Experience Range: 5-10 Years

Location: Mumbai/Bangalore/Hyderabad

Minimum Qualification: 15 years of full-time education

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all types of operation deliverables Failed/Pending orders,incidents,SR , Email requests etc in CRM tower.
• Analyze the issues and provide workaround solutions for quick fix and identify any system bug and raise Problem Ticket with L3/AD team for root fix.
• Participate in discussion with other stakeholders (Design,Development,QA) to understand and do thorough impact analysys and functional changes planned for the system.
• Develop training materials and provide KT and support as needed for any new functionality added as part of project release/changes.
• Coordinate with other tower leads regularly to identify and resolve if any system bottlenecks together.
• Oversee operations team schedules and coordinate with the Project Manager for project release support.

Skills:

• Experience with Siebel CRM Operations in telecom domain, Oracle Database, Unix, SQL, and PL/SQL
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be a good team player
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
