About the Role
As a Senior Manager Technology, you will lead the design and delivery of modern contact center solutions while building and integrating Generative AI and Machine Learning capabilities. Youll balance technical depth with people and project leadership, owning delivery from concept through deployment.
This is a hands-on leadership role where your Python expertise, cloud knowledge, and AI mindset will directly shape nextgen customer experience platforms.
What Youll Do
- Lead endtoend implementation of Contact Center solutions, ensuring scalability and performance
- Architect and integrate Generative AI (GenAI) solutions into customer interaction platforms
- Design, write, review, and maintain highquality Python code
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams on architecture, scope, and delivery
- Mentor and manage a highperforming team of engineers
- Drive innovation by evaluating and adopting emerging technologies
- Own the full SDLC from system analysis to deployment and production support
- Ensure adherence to security, data privacy, and software best practices.
What You Bring
Core Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of experience in technology development and leadership roles
- Strong experience with Contact Center platforms (any one of: Genesys, Five9, Cisco, Avaya, Amazon Connect, Twilio, etc.)
- Advanced Python development skills
- Handson experience with Generative AI integration and AIdriven solutions
- Solid understanding of Machine Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikitlearn)
- Experience with Cloud platforms AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Strong knowledge of SQL & NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis)
- Familiarity with DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git)
