Job Description
About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical review source (All-Rounder) to join the team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, moderating, and ensuring the quality of both paid and organic user reviews on the platform. This role goes beyond sourcing and requires a combination of content judgment, on-ground research, and data-driven analysis. The candidate should be comfortable working with large datasets, identifying patterns in user feedback, and also conducting site visits to collect
authentic reviews and insights. The role will contribute to improving user trust by maintaining the credibility and quality of reviews while collaborating with internal teams to highlight emerging trends and actionable
insights.
Key Responsibilities
Source, evaluate and moderate paid and organic user reviews to ensure they meet
platform quality and authenticity guidelines
Work on strategies to source organic reviews via site visits or copywriting
Identify and flag spam, duplicate, misleading, or policy-violating content in reviews
Ensure reviews adhere to platform content standards, tone, and community guidelines
Conduct on-ground site visits to collect user reviews, feedback, and locality insights
from residents, brokers, and stakeholders
Facilitate and manage review collection activities to strengthen the authenticity and
volume of platform content
Analyze review data to identify patterns, trends, and user sentiment related to projects
and localities
Generate insights and summary reports based on review data to support content and
product improvements
Work with large datasets using MS Excel to track moderation activity, maintain review
records, and identify anomalies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content, product, and research to
improve review quality and platform credibility
Maintain consistency and fairness in moderation decisions across all review categories
Continuously monitor and improve the review moderation process to enhance
efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements
Should have experience in content sourcing, moderation and content analysis
Should have a background of content/ media of minimum 1-year
Strong understanding of content quality standards and online review ecosystems
Ability to analyze qualitative content and derive actionable insights from user reviews
Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis for tracking, reporting, and insights generation
Willingness to travel for site visits and field-based review collection
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies or suspicious content
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A Bachelors degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, English, Business, or related fields
(mandatory); Masters degree is an advantage
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
Good to Have-
A proactive all-rounder who can balance content sourcing, moderation, on-ground execution,
stakeholder interaction, and data analysis, and can turn raw user feedback into meaningful
insights.
Experience in the real estate industry
Understanding of real estate terms, property types, and industry jargon
Familiarity with user-generated content platforms and review moderation practices
Basic knowledge of data analysis or reporting tools
Experience in primary research, surveys, or field data collection
