Job Description

Position Title: Senior Desktop Administrator

Experience: 5-8 Years

Location: Hyderabad (WFO)

Work Timings: 24*7 Rotational shifts

Requirements

• 5-8 years of working Experience as a Desktop Engineer.
• ITIL v3 certification/experience preferred.
• Vendor Management: Help in procurement, get quotes from vendors, follow-up on delivery. (Must have)
• Asset tracking and maintaining asset register. (Must have)
• Knowledge of Backup, Patch Management, Antivirus Management. (Good to have)
• Active directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, O365, Teams.
• Network hands-on (Good to have)
• Experience with:
• Laptop/Desktop Hardware.
• Windows 11, Mac OS.
• Application Software's like MS Office, Ticketing software (Fresh Service ), Adobe ,Microsoft Teams , VPN Clients , Browsers , Hardening etc.
• Configuring LAN/Wi-Fi Network.

Responsibilities:

• Work on L2/L3 tickets on ticketing System.
• Setup Laptop's and peripherals and test advance hardware issues and software issue including network connections.
• Install and test Laptop software applications and internet browsers.
• Test Laptop's to ensure proper functioning of Laptop and other IT Peripherals.
• Train end users on usage of computer hardware and software.
• Handle daily technical support activities on desktop support, data network and server management.

Preferred Certifications:

• ITIL Certification
• Cisco Certification
• Microsoft Certification

Educational & Experience:

• A bachelor's degree in information technology, networking or any other related field.
