Citibank Global Billing offers deferred billing for different Line of Businesses and different Product Processors. Key features include configurable tariffs , Relationship based Pricing , Earning Credits for customers and detailed Invoice and statement layouts. It has Oracle Revenue Management and Billing at the core , and uses Java for required customizations. Global Billing s strategi ,objective is to rapidly expand across Citi s regions and Line of Businesses and offer uniform experience to all Citi s customers

The IT Project Manager will be responsible for entire Project planning , resource management , tracking various SDL ,phases. Coordination with various stakeholders , conflict resolution , operational activity , and act as a delivery anchor for whole project lifespan

Job Purpose :

The position is to fulfil need within the Global Billing team. This position will be responsible to provide support for both technical and business office related activities , which are essential in ensuring smooth delivery of Global Billing service to business. This role will also be exposed to various Rollout , Enhancement , Re - platform projects , which will allow the individual to grow into a strong project manager

The candidate will handle all requests / queries , related to Global Billing technology and the vendor resources. Support financials and project management activities. Assume administrator responsibilities of some applications

Required Knowledge , Abilities and Skills

Project management , interpersonal , and communication skills , with high attention to detail

10 years of relevant work experience , with minimum 5 years of experience managing projects

Experience Billing applications and processes

Agile knowledge , preferably scrum

Java / Oracle Implementation. Able to drive technical discussions

Key Responsibilities :

Represent Global Billing in Project workshops , Regional , country teams for Kick off. Support various Global Billing capability , timeline

Project creation in system , team allocation , funding

Understand Citi's processes and raise necessary forms for cross border data clearance , risk acceptance , management of information security issues and corrective action plans , etc

Review and approve vendor resources justification for production access , resources' entitlements to applications , ordering requests , etc. in respective Citi's tools

Collaborate with Interfacing teams and ensure their delivery timeline is in syn ,with Global Billing

Prepare monthly budget figures for review with senior management and ensure that budget is in control

Manage the vendor resources to ensure that they address and close of all the risk and controls exceptions in a timely manner and completing all their mandatory trainings on time

Ensure that projects are allocated to the team and clocking is completed before the cutoff

Ensure that weekly business critical management projects are submitted on time by all the project managers

Address queries / requests from regulators , auditors , or any of Citi's internal governance body

Manage monthly maintenance projects

Key Challenges :

Managing time and changing priorities in a dynami ,environment

Ability to provide quick turnaround to software issues and management requests

Ability to assimilate key issues and concepts and come up to speed quickly

Ability to work on multiple projects of varied nature and doing equal justice to them

Ability to do stakeholder management of diverse background with different priorities

Ability to plan in detail but remain flexible to accommodate frequent changes
