Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Manage procurement operations from purchase requisition to payment, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop effective procurement strategies.
  • Analyze market trends, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships to optimize costs and improve quality.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards throughout the PTP process.

Job Requirements :

  • 6-10 years of experience in Procurement Operations or related field.
  • Strong understanding of PTP (Procure to Pay) processes, including purchase order creation, management, and tracking.
  • Proficiency in creating accurate purchase requisitions, managing inventory levels, and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
