Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Data Scientist with expertise in Generative AI (GenAI), Large Language Models (LLM), Machine Learning (ML), and Natural Language Processing (NLP). The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in data science and a proven track record of leading projects from conception to deployment. Key member of advance analytics to create & assist in development of insights products for our corporate clients and In-house Product.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Management
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced ML models and algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and develop data-driven solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior data scientists in best practices and methodologies.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in GenAI, LLM, and NLP technologies.
- Create ML models and advance algorithms to identify and flag risky transactions & card members
- Work on new innovative Generative AI based solutions to enhance user experience of our digital products and increase productivity of the team
- Gain expertise on data understanding and tables to maximize their usage in insight products
- Deploy models in enterprise tools and monitor their performance over time
- Work with product, UX and tech team to deliver product in an agile framework
- Conceptualize, develop and prototype new insights products/ product/feature enhancements for travel optimization
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in data science or a related field.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R Programming, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI, LLM, Prompt Engineering Azure, AWS SQL, MongoDB
- Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks
- Experience with NLP techniques and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
