Job Description
Lead the Teamcenter delivery team end-to-end (build + support), ensuring quality, timelines, and alignment to business outcomes
Key responsibilities Own day-to-day team leadership: work allocation, mentoring, technical guidance, and delivery governance Lead requirements discussions, translate into solution approach (configuration vs customization), and create/validate designs Review/approve technical designs and code (AWC, BMIDE, ITK/SOA, integrations) to ensure upgrade-safe standards Manage delivery plans, estimates, and dependencies; drive sprint/release execution and stakeholder communication Ensure adherence to SDLC (software development lifecycle), DevOps/CI-CD practices, documentation, and testing Drive issue resolution and root cause analysis (RCA) for complex defects; prevent recurrence via standards/automation Coordinate with infrastructure / database / integration teams for environments, deployments, and performance needs
Required skills Strong Teamcenter functional + technical understanding (data model, workflows, security/access controls, preferences) Experience guiding AWC customization and backend extensions (ITK/SOA) and integration patterns Leadership: planning, prioritization, communication, risk management, and cross-team coordination
Experience/Qualifications Typically 7 12+ years in Teamcenter/PLM with 2 4+ years leading teams Nice to have: upgrade programs, performance tuning, multi-site/global rollouts)
