Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Conduct microbial testing and analysis to ensure product quality and safety.
Develop and implement new methods and protocols for microbial detection and identification.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve processes.
Maintain accurate records of test results, inventory management, and equipment maintenance.
Stay updated with industry developments and advancements in microbiology.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory operations.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Microbiology or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a microbiology laboratory setting.
Strong knowledge of microbiological techniques, including bacterial endotoxin test and sterility testing.
Experience with laboratory information systems and software applications.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex ideas clearly.
