We are VOD (Voice of Drivers) team which is one of the most important and integral part of Worldwide Amazon Flex team with a vision to improve the experience of DPs and make their journey friction-less.The Voice of Driver Listening Channels Team works closely understanding the DP sentiment around day-to-day operations with regards to various aspects of Flex Delivery Partners across various marketplaces like US, UK, DE, ES, SG, JP, AU etc. VOD team is looking for a creative, analytical, dynamic and experienced specialist to join us and help improve DP experience. A successful specialist must be passionate about to understanding customer pain points, has unending desire to uncover root causes of any defect, work independently, be comfortable with ambiguity, and be able to influence internal/external partners at all levels of the organization. The specialist should be supporting a fast-paced Ops environment who will enjoy the challenges and rewards of working in a fast-growing organization and in a very international environment. This role will particularly suit someone with strong technical skills, analytical bent of mind, strong communication skills both written and verbal, relationship building skills and excellent Customer Obsession. Key job responsibilities
Follows SOP or managers instructions and ensures tasks are quality compliant
You will be a primary POC supporting the execution of ad-hoc, and high visibility tasks related to identify DP pain points by sourcing insights from various listening channels
Collate and share feedback from various social listening channels to relevant POCs.
Meets business metrics and goals, i.e., SLA, productivity targets and quality benchmarks.
Maintains records of day-to-day work by updating trackers or workflow tools.
Contributes to program improvement ideas, if applicable
Proactively raises issues/alarms to manager or stakeholders About the team
The Voice Of Driver Listening Channels Team works closely understanding the DP sentiment around day-to-day operations with regards to various aspects of Flex Delivery Partners from social listening channels across various marketplaces like US, UK, DE, ES, SG, JP, AU etc.The team is looking for a VOD-LC-Specialist at Hyderabad site to support the operations team. - Bachelors degree in a quantitative/technical field such as computer science, engineering, statistics
- Experience with Excel
- Experience with SQL - Experience in written and oral communication, including the ability to communicate with all levels in the organization (technical, business, executive)
- Fungible to transition within work types, flexibility to work across shifts (24/7 shifts) and staggered week offs
- Demonstrate flexibility to work overtime hours as per business requirement.
