Inviting applications for the role of Power Bi Developer
Work Location- Genpact, Bangalore
Shift 12 PM to 10 PM (WFO Return to office from Day one)
In this role, you are expected to be responsible for responsible for end-to-end design, development and delivery of effective dashboards and visualizations and possess good client handling experience with good communication and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
The Role demands for a qualified professional who can provide guidance to direct reports typically comprising of first line managers and supervisors.
- Architect Analytics solutions using Power BI integrated with different types of data sources
- Provide leadership and review work done by team members
- Responsible for delivery of solutions using Power BI
- Understand fundamentals of data preparation/data modelling necessary for the visualization purpose.
- Capture reporting requirements from various partners, architect the solution/report, Understand/analyze the source data and deliver the reports in timely manner
- Strong expertise in Crafting intuitive and interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI for data driven decisions.
- Performance Monitoring, fine-tuning and optimization of dashboards
- Knowledge on connecting to multiple data sources through Power BI is required.
- Experience in publishing and sharing the dashboards, scheduling data refreshes.
- Should have handled complexity around visualization or data.
- Should have strong SQL skills, preferably over SQL Server. Strong Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence concepts.
- Experience on any ETL tool preferably SSIS is a plus.
- Interpret written business requirements and technical specification documents
- Good understanding of Tableau user and group security configuration
Minimum qualifications
- BE/B- Tech, BCA, MCA, BSc/MSc, MBA

- Personal drive and positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines and in demanding situations
- Flexibility to adapt to a variety of engagement types, working hours and work environments and locations
- Superb communication and negotiation skills
