Experience: Minimum 1 Year (Sales & Marketing)
Qualification: Graduation (No Backlogs)
Age Limit: 21 to 48 Years

Key Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales & Marketing
Relieving Letter / Resignation Acceptance Mail is mandatory
Two-wheeler (Bike) is compulsory
Good communication skills in English & Hindi

Job Responsibilities:

Recruit, screen, and onboard new agents/advisors
Build and develop a strong team through your personal network
Train and motivate team members to achieve sales targets
Conduct field sales visits for business development
Support team members in generating more business
Manage and conduct weekly & monthly review meetings
