Job Description

Indiagold is hiring Gold Loan Officers responsible for gold appraisal, customer handling, and gold loan processing at the branch level. The role involves evaluating gold ornaments, assisting customers with loan requirements, and ensuring smooth loan disbursement and repayment processes.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in Gold Loans, NBFCs, Banking, or Jewellery appraisal.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and appraise gold ornaments for loan eligibility.

• Handle gold loan processing and documentation.

• Provide excellent customer service at the branch.

• Generate gold loan business and cross-sell financial products.

• Ensure KYC documentation and compliance.

• Maintain accurate records of pledged gold and loan accounts.

• Follow up with customers for loan repayment and renewals.

 

Required Candidate Profile

• Graduate / Undergraduate can apply.

• 14 years experience in Gold Loan / NBFC / Banking / Jewellery appraisal.

• Good knowledge of gold purity testing and valuation.

• Strong communication and customer handling skills.
