Job Description
- Generate new business leads for our recruitment services through cold outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and email campaigns
- Connect with HR managers, hiring leads, and startup founders to understand their hiring needs
- Present our end-to-end recruitment solutions including AI-powered candidate screening, technical assessments, and interview management
- Support the sales team in managing the full client acquisition cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Maintain CRM records and prepare weekly pipeline reports
- Research potential clients across industries and build targeted outreach lists
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in any discipline (BBA, MBA, B.Tech, B.Com, or equivalent)
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
- Self-motivated and eager to learn about B2B sales and recruitment industry
- Comfortable with remote work and managing your own schedule
- Basic proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and LinkedIn
- No prior experience required we value willingness to learn and hustle over experience
- Monthly stipend of 3,000 to 5,000 based on performance
- Internship completion certificate after 6 months
- Hands-on experience in B2B sales, lead generation, and recruitment technology
- Exposure to AI-powered recruitment tools and modern HR tech
- Letter of recommendation for top performers
- Opportunity for full-time conversion based on performance
