Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow HRSD Developer with strong technical expertise in implementing and customizing HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions. The candidate will be responsible for configuring various HRSD modules and ensuring seamless integration with business processes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Implement and customize ServiceNow HRSD solutions based on business requirements.
• Configure and manage HRSD modules such as Onboarding, Offboarding, Case Management, Knowledge Management, HR Virtual Agent, Performance Analytics, and Service Portal.
• Work on integrations and ensure smooth data flow across systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support and enhancements.
• Ensure best practices are followed in development and implementation.

Essential Skills:

• Strong technical experience in ServiceNow HRSD implementation.
• Hands-on experience in configuring and customizing HRSD modules (Onboarding, Offboarding, Case, Knowledge, HR Virtual Agent, Performance Analytics, Service Portal, etc.).
• Good knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and architecture.
• Experience in system integrations and workflows.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
• Knowledge of Performance Analytics and reporting.
• Understanding of HR processes and lifecycle management.
