A MNC  based in   PUNE Looking for a  Process Trainer  /  On Job Trainer for their  PUNE Facility 

 

Designation : TRAINER - Process Trainer

Experience : 3 - 7 years

Location : PUNE

Salary : As per Industry Standard

Shift Timings : Night Shift / Rotational Shift

The candidate must have

At least 3- 6 years of relevant experience as a Pre Process trainer / Process Trainer / On Job Trainer
Conducted New Hire trainings on Grammar and Voice & Accent.
Must have conducted Email, Call or Chat audits
Knowledge of different feedback mechanisms (Sandwich model, GROW model, etc.)
Must have strong knowledge of customer service, culture sensitization, first contact resolution, interpersonal skills, etc.
No observable errors in grammar and pronunciations.
Strong knowledge of English sounds (20 vowel and 24 consonant sounds), ways to correct sound corruptions, knowledge of major sound corruptions in people from different regions.

Roles and Responsibilities of Process Trainer

Company is looking for candidate:
Develop onboarding programs for current employees.
Conducting certification of recent Batches.
Ensure successful execution of training needs.
Responsible for providing guidance, mentoring & support & focus on performance improvement of the candidate.
