    Urgent Banking Voice & Non- Voice Process Opening for Freshers On 20 & 21 Mar 10:00 AM To 3PM @ HCL Ambattur Campus Chennai

     Interview Location: HCL Technologies-AMB 6, South Phase, Ambattur Industrial Estate, 8, Madras ,Thiruvallur High Rd, Ambattur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu

     Work Location:No 602/3/138, Elcot Economic Zone, Sholinganallur Medavakkam High Road, Sholinganallur-600119 in Chennai, Tamil Nadu & HCL Navalur

     Interview Mode: Face to Face Interview.

     Time: 10:00 AM To 3PM

     Interview Date: 20 Mar 26 & t21 Mar 26 (Friday & Saturday)

     Desired Candidate Profile

     Review and verify KYC identification documents including: Passport, Drivers Licence, Medicare Card, Birth Certificate, Foreign Passport (for non-residents), Visa documentation (VEVO checks where applicable)

     Conduct Customer Due Diligence (CDD) for high-risk customers

     Verify customer details through trusted data sources (credit bureaus, electronic verification systems)

     Handle new account onboarding, periodic KYC reviews, and remediation activities

     Identify beneficial ownership for trusts, partnerships, and companies (ASIC verification)

     Maintain accurate documentation and meet defined SLAs/TAT

     Outbound Call Verification

     Confirm personal and business KYC details

     Validate source of information

     Clarify discrepancies in submitted documents

     Confirm beneficial ownership details

     

     Regulatory Knowledge (Good to have):

     Compliance Requirements & Customer Privacy Acts

     Required Skills:

     Understanding of individual and non-individual customer onboarding

     Attention to detail and risk-based assessment capability

     Experience with screening tools and core banking systems

     Proficiency in MS Office and compliance systems

     FRESHERS:Bachelors degree in Finance, Commerce, Business, or related field (B.Com, M.Com, BBA, MBA, or any degree (with Basic Accounting and finance Knowledge)

     Note: 2026 PG candidates are eligible for this position except (MCA, MSC IT & CS)

     Graduation that are not eligible (NO B.E/B.Tech/Engineering/Tech Graduates/Msc CS, IT & MCA)
