    Job Description
    Agiloft System Administrator
    Omnicell
    Location Remote
    Employment Type Full-time

    About the Role
Omnicell is seeking an experienced Agiloft System Administrator to support and evolve its Agiloft Contract Lifecycle Management platform following implementation and go-live. This individual will serve as the primary system resource responsible for administration, configuration, testing support, deployment coordination, and ongoing enhancement of the Agiloft environment. The role will also support Agiloft-side integration activities and partner closely with business and technical stakeholders to ensure the platform remains stable, scalable, and aligned to business needs.
    Position Summary
The Agiloft System Administrator will own day-to-day administration and post-go-live support for the Agiloft CLM platform. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong functional and technical platform skills with the ability to support business process improvements, troubleshoot issues, coordinate testing, and manage controlled releases into production. The person in this role will help ensure long-term success of the CLM solution by serving as an internal owner of the platform after initial implementation and hypercare.
    Key Responsibilities
Administer the Agiloft CLM platform on an ongoing basis, including user setup, roles, teams, permissions, access support, environment management, and general system maintenance.
Configure and maintain Agiloft functionality using out-of-the-box capabilities, including workflows, custom fields, templates, clause libraries, approval flows, visibility rules, email alerts, user groups, user teams, Screens playbooks, and data extraction actions.
Partner with Legal, Procurement, Sales, IT, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into well-designed Agiloft solutions and support ongoing process improvements.
Support changes to contract request workflows, templates, approval routing, metadata structures, and related CLM processes while helping maintain consistency, usability, and platform best practices.
Support testing and release activities across the platform, including QA, functional testing, regression testing, and end-to-end validation of CLM, templates, and integrations.
Prepare or maintain test plans and test scripts, support user acceptance testing, triage reported issues, validate fixes, and assist with production deployment readiness.
Provide post-go-live production support by troubleshooting user and system issues, analyzing root causes, resolving configuration-related defects, and partnering with business users to prioritize enhancements.
Differentiate between break/fix items, support questions, data issues, and requests that require formal design or change control.
Support Agiloft-side integrations and coordinate with internal and third-party teams on integration design, field mappings, configuration variables, testing, and issue resolution.
Maintain clear and organized system documentation, including configuration inventories, support procedures, deployment notes, issue logs, release notes, and enhancement records.
    Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience in information systems, business systems, legal operations, or a related field.
4+ years of experience administering or configuring Agiloft or a similar enterprise workflow, CLM, or business application platform.
Hands-on experience with workflow configuration, forms, fields, permissions, templates, notifications, testing, and production support.
Experience supporting enterprise application deployments, including defect triage, release support, user acceptance testing, and post-go-live stabilization.
Working knowledge of integrations, including APIs, data mapping, middleware concepts, single sign-on, and enterprise application connectivity.
Ability to gather and interpret business requirements and translate them into practical system solutions.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, organizational, and documentation skills.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
    Preferred Qualifications
Direct experience administering Agiloft in a production environment.
Experience supporting CLM processes such as contract intake, workflow approvals, template automation, metadata management, and post-signature administration.
Experience supporting integrations involving Salesforce, SAP, NetSuite, MuleSoft, Adobe Sign, or similar enterprise platforms.
Experience with Agiloft Screens, AI-supported data extraction, or related Agiloft capabilities.
Experience in a regulated, healthcare, medtech, or other complex enterprise environment.
Experience supporting a multi-phase enterprise application implementation and transition to business-as-usual support.
