    For A Leading Luxury Brand in India

    Designation: Area Manager
    Location: Mumbai, Delhi, and Surat
    CTC: As per company norms

    Role Purpose:

    The Branch Head is responsible for managing the overall performance of the branch, including sales, business growth, team management, and smooth operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Increase branch revenue by bringing new clients and maintaining relationships with existing clients.

    • Plan and monitor sales targets, budgets, and performance regularly.

    • Find new business opportunities and close important deals.

    • Manage key clients and understand market trends, pricing, and competition.

    • Oversee branch operations to ensure work runs smoothly.

    • Lead and manage the branch team, guide them, and ensure good performance.

    • Review reports (MIS), profitability, and control costs while following company policies.

    Required Skills 

    • Strong sales and business development skills

    • Leadership and team management ability

    • Good negotiation and decision-making skills

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    • Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets

    Basic Requirements

    • Bachelors degree (MBA preferred)

    • 8 -15 years of experience
