For A Leading Luxury Brand in India

Designation: Area Manager
Location: Mumbai, Delhi, and Surat
CTC: As per company norms

Role Purpose:

The Branch Head is responsible for managing the overall performance of the branch, including sales, business growth, team management, and smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

Increase branch revenue by bringing new clients and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
Plan and monitor sales targets, budgets, and performance regularly.
Find new business opportunities and close important deals.
Manage key clients and understand market trends, pricing, and competition.
Oversee branch operations to ensure work runs smoothly.
Lead and manage the branch team, guide them, and ensure good performance.
Review reports (MIS), profitability, and control costs while following company policies.

Required Skills

Leadership and team management ability
Good negotiation and decision-making skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets

Basic Requirements

Bachelors degree (MBA preferred)
8 -15 years of experience
