Business Growth & Market Expansion
Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion across the region.
Appoint and strengthen distributor networks to increase market coverage.
Develop and implement market-wise growth plans aligned with sales targets.
Distributor Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors.
Support distributor acquisition, expansion, and performance improvement.
Resolve operational challenges and support critical negotiations when required.
Modern Trade Management
Manage Modern Trade accounts and strengthen relationships with key retail chains.
Negotiate commercial terms and ensure product listings and visibility.
Monitor sales performance and plan in-store promotions to drive growth.
Team Leadership & Development
Lead and guide Sales Officers to achieve regional targets.
Conduct regular performance reviews and support skill development.
Maintain high team engagement and accountability.
Market Insights & Coordination
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.
Analyze MIS reports to support strategic sales planning.
Coordinate with marketing, logistics, finance, and other internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Candidate must have - Graduation in any discipline, 7-12 years of sales or business development experience, with 5+ years in the FMCG industry, preferably in Eastern India.
