Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct daily site inspections to identify unsafe acts and conditions.
• Implement and enforce company health & safety policies.
• Ensure compliance with local safety regulations and industry standards.
• Prepare safety reports, risk assessments, and documentation.
• Investigate workplace incidents and recommend corrective actions.
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety training programs for workers.
• Monitor proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Maintain records of accidents, near-misses, and safety audits.
• Coordinate emergency drills and safety awareness campaigns.
• Assist management in improving overall safety performance.
