Job Description
- CTC: Fix salary + Performance-Based Incentives
- (Final compensation will depend on interview performance and last drawn CTC)

- Recruit Life Insurance Advisors on a commission-based model (commission paid by the company).
- Build and manage a team of advisors to generate life insurance business.
- Drive sales performance and ensure achievement of individual and team targets.
- Motivate, coach, and mentor advisors to improve productivity and retention.
- Conduct regular training sessions on products, sales techniques, and compliance.
- Support advisors in lead conversion and customer acquisition.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide continuous feedback.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Age: 21 to 42 years
- Education: Minimum Graduation (any discipline)
- Experience: Minimum 2 year of experience in Sales/Marketing (any industry)
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to recruit, train, and manage people
- Target-driven and self-motivated attitude
- Individuals engaged in any business or private job who wish to earn additional income can be recruited as Life Insurance Advisors.
