- Survey and analysis of competitions and accordingly positioning of right product in the market.
- Appointment and assessment of distributors, dealers Performance and Management of Distributors and Direct Dealers, Collections of Payments,
- Assisting in the promotion sales for our products and resolving their problems faced in the market.
- Managing a team of Branches, Branch Managers, Sales Officers, advertising the products through Audio Visual Media and Promoting sales through dealer networks.
- Launching of new products at Dealers, farmers level, survey of their opinion about products, Marketing of the product through analyzing the market.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by implementing the customer related policies and motivating them through monetary & non-monetary incentives
- Maintaining a close coordination with the government departments especially the Department of Agriculture and State Agricultural University
