We are looking for a Proactive, competent, and organized individual from Biotech Background to join our team as a Product Support Associate in Delhi. You will be responsible for managing customer relationships and discovering new leads, suggesting improvements to processes, and assisting the team.
This role does not include lab work but this role blends science with customer interaction, technical support, and coordination- perfect for someone who wants to stay close to the subject without working at the bench.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide pre- and post-sales technical support related to our products to customers
- Prepare and share quotations through CRM tool/Excel
- Take ownership of the sales cycle by maintaining proactive communication with customers from initial inquiry through order fulfilment and post-delivery support.
Education and Skills
- Masters degree in Biotechnology.
- Strong theoretical knowledge of science and biotechnology.
- Experience with MS Office.
- Basic Mathematics skills required.
- Having the ability to work under deadlines.
- Ability to manage time effectively, to prioritize and complete tasks required
