Job Description
We are seeking detail-oriented individuals with a deep passion for question creation, outstanding problem-solving abilities, and an excellent grasp of Mathematics and English. This role involves using advanced technologies, such as chat GPT, to aid in the designing, proofreading, and accurate solving of questions for our Critical Thinking, Maths Problem Solving, and Puzzle sections. Candidates should be skilled in creating both multiple-choice and descriptive brain-teasing questions that not only follow similar concepts but also exhibit creativity and uniqueness.
Role & responsibilities
- Frame and draft creative, unique assessment questions Based on the Cambridge curriculum, including puzzles and brain teasers, in line with the desired style and standards as per demand.
- Efficiently and accurately solve problems and puzzles within a specified time to gauge question difficulty.
- Attempting and proofreading the previous test papers to ensure they are error-free and maintain high-quality standards.
- Utilize new technologies, such as chat GPT, to create and review.
- Achieve daily targets as mutually agreed upon.
- Uphold the high-quality standards of the questions. Continuous submission of subpar questions or errors may result in contract termination.
- Take periodic tests to measure and evaluate the difficulty level of the crafted questions.
- Self-start and goal-oriented, working on feedback to achieve good results.
- Worked in a fast-paced environment and can handle pressure.
Preferred candidate profile
- A Master's degree is preferred, and high-IQ university students who recently passed out university graduates students are also welcome to apply.
- Stronghold in the UK and Australian English, which is essential for crafting questions with formal written skills and proofreading and communications.
- A strong background in Mathematics and reasoning or a related field as a teacher or SME is necessary.
- Experience or familiarity with new technologies like chat GPT and other software tools.
- Proven ability to solve complex problems, puzzles, and brain teasers.
- Familiarity and experience with creating questions in subject experts in maths or reasoning are preferred.
- Previous experience in coaching centres for govt. Exam Maths and Reasoning or attempted govt.- Exams to qualify or be cleared with good scores is an advantage.
- A preference for individual tasks and working independently.
- Not particularly inclined towards extensive interpersonal interactions, but must handle criticism well regarding their work.
- A genuine passion for the art of question crafting, with the ability to innovate and maintain a consistently positive attitude towards continuous creation without feeling burnout.
- Strong ability to conduct and participate effectively in online meetings.
