1. AR Executive Night Shift (Voice Process )
Shift: 5:30 PM 2:30 AM Or 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM (US Shift)
Education: Graduates only (BA, BBA, BCom, BSc, BCA, BE/BTech)
Not eligible: Postgraduates, BPharma, MPharma, DPharma

2. Medical Billing Day Shift (NonVoice)
Shift: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Education: Graduates only (BA, BBA, BCom, BSc, BCA)

Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers eligible
• Age: Below 29 years
• Strong communication skills required
• Not eligible: Postgraduates, BPharma, MPharma, DPharma

Roles & Responsibilities

AR Executive (Voice):

• Call US Insurance Payers regarding claim issues (denials & nondenials)
• Review systems for resolution: Payments, Adjustments, Selfpay
• Identify trends/issues and escalate when required
• Maintain trackers (SOP updates, Issue Logs, Trend Logs)
• Participate in RCM training
• Investigate and resolve complex account issues
• Route noncalling accounts to analysts
• Identify payerlevel issues and support reprocessing tasks

Medical Billing (NonVoice):

• Review claim documents and update records accurately
• Maintain process logs and trackers
• Support endtoend RCM operations with accuracy
